Dreamscape Farm Welcomes Light My Fire!!!
Christmas has arrived early at Dreamscape Farm!!! We are thrilled to announce that the amazing Light My Fire will be joining us here in Canada!!
This is another stallion that we just had to say YES to!!! He really embodies everything we look for in a breeding stallion and sport horse, combined with bloodlines that we love! He really has a lot to offer North American breeders, and we are always trying our best for our breeders
We are so excited to add this young stallion not only our breeding line up but he will also be a competition stallion with rider Ashley Arnoldt in the jumper ring.
Light My Fire is a real eye catcher with a huge amount of presence, he astonished the crowd at his 2014 stallion licensing, with his extraordinary talent, huge scope, combined with textbook technique. He is also a very typey, correct stallion, with power elastic gaits. It is was no surprise he was named a premium stallion that year.
Sired by International Grand Prix Stallion Light On (Lordanos x Landadel) who had many placings at the top level for many years under main rider Rene Tebbel. Through his dam line Light My Fire brings two of our favourite jumping lines Stakkato and the great Argentinus!! Dam SPS Sarieka is a half sister to the approved stallion San Brasil, and also produced a fully approved full brother to Light My Fire. Granddam SPS Anabell also the produced the exceptional young stallion Los Angeles. Light My Fire comes from a strong proven dam line!
Light My Fire went on to be Champion of his 2015 70 day stallion test at Neustadt Dosse with the excellent scores of 137 in the jumping phase and 125 in the dressage phase. Clearly displaying his superior ability over fences as well as excellent rideablity, character, kind temperament, and 3 very good gaits.
In 2016 he won the prestigious Stakkato Prize as one of the top young Hanoverian jumping Stallions.
Light My Fire has gone on to show successfully as a young stallion right up to S level (1.40) with many placing placings at M and M**
He stands 16.3 hh and is fully approved Hanoverian, we will be having him approved Oldenburg Verband, as well as Westfalen,
Light My Fire is WFFS-Free (neg), and EVA Neg.
His offspring have shown lovely type, good movement, ability over fences as well as being very good minded and very willing.
A very big THANK YOU to Celle and Dr Bröckmann for entrusting us with him. We think he is going to be a super cross on the North American mare base. With his jump, type, bloodlines, movement and rideabilty he is an excellent choice for a lot of mares and we expect his offspring to excel in all arena’s. From hunter’s to jumpers, to eventing as well as those dressage breeders that are looking to add jumper blood back in.
Light My Fire will make his way to Canada in January along with Clinton’s Heart and Finnigan, his full breeding details will be posted on our website soon.
His 2021 Stud fee will be $ 1700 and his early booking special will be $1300 first 20 mares or December 15th 2020
