Farscape DSF is a black modern leggy type stallion, with a beautiful look to him, eye appeal and charisma, he has correct conformation, three very good uphill elastic gaits, with very good hind leg, good freedom in his shoulder, and moves with a lot suspension. Farscape DSF displays a very good temperament, he is very smart, easy to deal with, and learns quickly. Farscape DSF also displays a love of jumping, he shows very good jumping ability, jumping in very good form, and with scope. 

Sired By Premium stallion Freestyle (Florestan/Parademarsch I) who's 2008 FN dressage index was 151 and out Pacific Sabra who carries top Westfalen blood through her sire Pacific Sunset. Pacific Sunset is a direct son of the great Westfalen jumper sire Polydor, among his accolades, he was twice honored with the title „sire of the world“, the world’s best transmitter of showjumpers. The life winnings of his progeny comprised almost four million Euro in 2003. Through Pacific Sunset's dam linewe also have the highly influential stallions Fruhling and Ramzes. Through his dam-line Farscape DSF also bring one quarter thoroughbred blood, for refinement, and overall athletic ability. 

In 2010 as a 3 year old Farscape DSF successfully completed the 70 day test at Silver Creek Farms in OK, he was second in the dressage portion with a score of 124.77 and finished third over-all. Farscape DSF had high scores across the board in all areas. 

In 2011 as a 4 yr old, Farscape DSF has enjoyed a lot of success in the hunter ring, he has been champion or reserve champion at 5 "A" or "AA"rated shows, and is a consistent winner both over fences and in the hack. To finish off his successful first show year in the baby grbeen division Farscape DSF was also the Champion at the BCHJA Fall Finale at Southlands, and is now the overall Champion in the Baby Green Division for the BCHJA (BC Hunter Jumper Association) for 2011.

In 2012 Farscape continued his wining ways in the hunter ring, winning several Championships and Reserves in the Pre-Green Division, he also started showing in the hunter derbies, he was 3rd in the $ 2500 USHJA Hunter Derby, and won the $ 2500 Canadian Hunter Derby at the Fall Finale. Farscape DSF was the 2012 BCHJA Hunter of the Year, and was also the 2012 Pre-Green Overall Champion.

2013 Farscape DSF 2013 Pre-Green 3’3 BCHJA Year End Champion winning multiple Championships and was also Overall Western Division Champion for the 3 foot Canadian Hunter Derby Series.

Farscape DSF made history, as the first ever North American Bred Westfalen Stallion to be Fully Approved for breeding by the German Westfalen Verband.

Farscape DSF successfully completed his 70 day test at Silver Creek Farm in 2010, as a 3 yr old.
